CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day the contract was entered into unless you have received the service, in which case no refund will be given.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by clear statements setting out your decision (eg letter sent by post or email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

It is your responsibility at the time of booking to ensure that you are able to make the event date as The Ghost Academy cannot offer a refund or transfer your places if you are not able to attend. Our locations are paid in advance and we are liable for these costs even if you cannot make the event. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The contract is governed by the law of England and Wales.

Refunds

Within 2 weeks of booking - (at the discretion of the management) Full Refund - a £2.50 charge to process all refunds.

After 2 weeks of booking - Deposit refunds not given (at the discretion of the management), if given then a £2.50 charge will be made to process refunds.

4 weeks before the event - Refunds only given at the discretion of the management, less any deposit option paid , there will also be a £2.50 charge to refund any monies.

2 weeks before the event - Refunds will only be given in the form of a credit note (at the discretion of the management), less any deposit option paid , there will also be a £2.50 charge to refund any monies.

No Show events - If you should fail to turn up for an event without contacting us, no refund will be given, if you are not able to attend an event (on the day) you should contact the events manager on 07930443586, refunds will not be given, but a part credit note may be given (at the discretion of the management).
